He is a 2015 Grad of Leadership LV, a Trustee of the Outside Las Vegas Foundation, and a veteran Wish Granter for Make a Wish of Southern Nevada.
Justin hails from Boston, and he attended Cornell University. He currently lives on the Westside with his wife Georgette, twins Parker and Reed, and pug Harley.

Laura Beatty joins MaJor Group with over 13 years of experience in the digital space. Her previous roles as a marketing strategist and project manager allow her to guide MaJor clients in both the realms of traditional marketing and digital marketing.
Laura has a background in marketing analytics and interpretation, media planning, and international strategy, with expertise in traditional marketing methods like radio promotions and non-profit campaigns. As a member of MaJor Group, Laura drives integrated campaign strategies across verticals by developing high-performance teams who understand brand messaging priorities based on user and platform context.
